We are pretty spoiled living in Southern California. We have beautiful beaches, magnificent mountains, and tremendous trails! And we decided to take advantage of two of those one Saturday in August 2022.

Micha, Rusty and Adelaide hopped in the car and headed over the Santa Monica Mountains to Will Rogers State Beach and the Marvin Braude Bike Trail in Santa Monica. The trail is 22 miles long, ending in Torrance. We obviously did not utilize the entire trail system.

We all stopped for lunch at Perry’s Cafe before heading back to the car.
